August Pot Luck #10

Glasgow, George Square Gymnast

Today's theme plucked from the 'August Pot Luck!' hat is 'Strength', and features another of the gymnast/circus/dance performers whom i saw on his warm up in George Square, Glasgow.

The obvious 'strength' here might appear to be the strength of a body. It also shows a strength of will and focus. It's not just physical strength that is keeping him balanced, but the power of his mental focus in executing his routine.

If you're ever feeling at a low ebb, that maybe your goals seem so far away, come back here and have a look at this image - hopefully you'll recognise the inner strength that we all have within ourselves, and given time and focus we can really achieve everything we set out to do.

The skill displayed by the gymnast will have been a learning process, he may have had a number of defeats on the road to success. One thing's for sure - he had self- belief!

Whatever you strive for - keep a strong focus - you can do it!
